Create contacts for automated lookup and easy attachment to emails

The contact register allows you to view information about your customers. With contacts, you can store information such as Name, email, timezone, preferred language, notes, and any other info you deem important within unlimited custom fields. Every time someone contacts you, a new contact is created in BeezDesk. Contacts is also the source for auto-completion of email address in the "to:" field of emails.
